Rush University System for Health
Known for it's engagement with the urban community and forward-looking education approach, Rush University System for Health is a nationally ranked health system in the Illinois Medical District neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. In 2013 Rush selected Centertek as their digital partner, culminating in a comprehensive transformation of the Rush University System for Health website. I was assigned as the lead UX designer and tasked with creating wireframes, user testing, high fidelity visual design, and design system management.

Locations Direcory
The Challenge
Create an agregated directory that centralizes all locations affiliated with the hospital.
About the Project
The UX improvements on Rush's location directory have elevated the way patients connect with healthcare facilities. The directory now boasts a user-friendly interface and advanced search functionalities, ensuring visitors can effortlessly locate medical centers, clinics, and offices, thus streamlining the process of accessing care within the Rush network.
